08:00-08:30: The tour guide will pick you up at the Old Quarter/Opera House area to start the city tour of Hanoi. In the morning, you will visit: - Tran Quoc Pagoda, situated on an island in the east of West Lake (Tay Ho district). With a history of nearly 1500 years, the pagoda is considered the oldest in Thang Long - Hanoi. Its architecture harmoniously combines the grandeur, antiquity, and elegance amidst the tranquil scenery of a vast lake. It was the center of Buddhism in the imperial capital of Thang Long during the Ly and Tran dynasties. - The Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes: + Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - the final resting place of the great father of Vietnam. Note: The Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays, so you can only visit from the outside. + Ho Chi Minh's Stilt House, where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked from 1958 to 1969. + One Pillar Pagoda, a small temple built on a single pillar in the middle of a square pond, also a symbol of Hanoi. + Ho Chi Minh Museum, one of the largest museums in Vietnam, focusing mainly on exhibiting artifacts and documents related to the great father Ho Chi Minh. Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant. In the afternoon, continue the tour with: - The Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, a complex associated with the history of the imperial capital Thang Long - Dong Kinh and the province of Hanoi from the pre-Thang Long period through the Dinh - pre-Le dynasties, flourishing under the Ly, Tran, and Le dynasties, and becoming the capital of Hanoi during the Nguyen dynasty. It is an ancient architectural complex, built on a fairly large scale in October 1073 and still exists today. Guests will be welcomed with a "welcome drink" and then have lunch on the boat amidst the vast sea, providing an extremely enjoyable experience. While enjoying seafood dishes, you can also admire the magnificent natural landscapes of Halong Bay such as Dinh Huong Islet, Ga Choi Islet, and Stone Dog Islet... In the afternoon, you will continue to: - Visit Surprising Cave - one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay.
